Your story is personal.

Pet Soulmate is operated by WBZK, LLC. When you reveal your preview, we save your questionnaire, pet name, optional memory and optional portrait to create and preserve your requested fictional reading.

Who can see it?

Your story is private. Anyone with your private return link can open it, so share that link carefully. We do not publish your story in a gallery. Authorized operators can access stored information to maintain the service and resolve support requests.

Payments and email

Stripe processes payment and collects your delivery email. We store your email, payment reference and fulfillment status, but never your full card number. Resend processes the transactional emails needed to deliver your story and requested sign-in links. Hosting and storage providers process the information needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information, subscribe you to marketing emails or use your story for advertising.

Keeping and deleting

Your story remains saved until you choose Delete saved story. Deletion removes the questionnaire, memory and stored portrait; printed copies you keep are unaffected. Payment records may remain where needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and fulfillment records. Deleted stories cannot be restored through an email link.

Your privacy choices

You can delete a saved story from the story controls. To request access to, correction of or deletion of other personal information associated with your purchase, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder and may retain records required for accounting, security or legal obligations.

Answers in this tab

While you complete the questionnaire, answers and your memory are temporarily stored in this browser tab so a refresh does not erase your progress. This draft is cleared when your preview is saved. Photos are not stored in the tab draft and must be selected again after a refresh.

Private access

Essential session cookies keep your story or email session open for seven days. Email sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once. Private story links remain valid until you delete your story. We use temporary, hashed request identifiers to limit abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or run advertising analytics.

Understanding what works

We count daily quiz starts, completions, previews and checkout starts to understand where the experience needs improvement. These totals contain no names, answers, photos, emails, visitor IDs or advertising identifiers and are kept for up to 90 days. Optional browser activity respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Operational save, checkout and payment records remain necessary to provide the service.

Legal and safety requests

We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the service, or defend legal rights.

A little magic, honestly told

This is entertainment based on your answers, not a validated psychological assessment or medical advice. Answers and photos are not sent to an AI service. Please share only photos and memories you have permission to use, and avoid sensitive personal information.
