If you do not know the birthday
An unknown birth date does not make the keepsake less meaningful. Use the adoption anniversary, homecoming day or earliest photo you have. Label an estimated date as estimated. Instead of assigning a Sun sign, choose the prompt that best unlocks a real memory—or complete three prompts and title the page “The constellation I know by heart.”

Why these twelve names?
The twelve familiar sign names belong to the Western zodiac tradition.
